The location was excellent, away from the busy tourist areas. i found the staff fluent in english. the terrace offered bosphorus views. A bar is being installed up there.

the location was quite convenient. i could walk to major attractions easily. the staff was polite and helpful . the breakfast offered a decent start to my day.

The shower had very low water pressure. the lighting system was inconvenient. I had to remove the card to turn off the lights. the instant coffee was a letdown, and turkish coffee cost extra.

i found the staff very attentive and helpful. the location allowed easy access to key historical sites. i experienced a smooth check-in and found a convenience shop located conveniently next door.

the water pressure in the shower was quite low. it made showering less enjoyable.

the front desk personel was lovely. location near everything was great. taxis were easily arranged through staff.

i missed having A balcony in my room and visibility of natural light was low, since the light switch wasn't working either.
